Blogging

I really don’t have much to blog about anymore. I guess I’ve reached a point with FB and blogging that neither really matter to me. I guess i look at them as signs of a narcissistic generation. Everyone wants to write and post and get views, likes, and comments. I know there are legitimate reasons for using facebook to simply communicate with people, thats why i use twitter: I know there are a certain few people who follow me, and actually care what I have to say, and I follow them with the same amount of interest. But as far as the general blogosphere (is it sad that that is actually a word spell check recognizes), and my FB circles, what do I have to say that really benefits anyone. If I posted and blogged regularly the point wouldn’t be to benefit people, but to promote myself. What I have to say really isn’t worth the amount of recognition I expect to get from it.

All that to say, I may post on my blogs and fb from time to time, but both have really lost my interest. I may do a video Blog series on my road trip (if i get to take one before I go), or a series of articles on RTC when I graduate in September, but aside from that, I’m a follower, a reader and a commenter, not a blogger.
